Return & Refund Policy

At Mini Mind Toys, we want you and your child to love every toy you purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here is our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging (unopened if sealed).

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order #).
Non-returnable items:

Gift cards.

Sale items or "Clearance" items (unless defective).

Personalized or custom-made items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To start a return, you must contact us first at: minimindtoys.com@gmail.com.

Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Trackable Shipping: Since you are shipping items internationally or domestically, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every package, but accidents happen during transit.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send clear photos of the damage to minimindtoys.com@gmail.com.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund immediately. You will not need to pay for return shipping in this specific case.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
7. Cancellations
We work fast to ship your orders!

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will need to wait for it to arrive and then follow the return process.
